We operate with integrity.
We believe your invoice should be consistent from month to month. What this means to us: all chemicals your pool NEEDS and SHOULD have are included in our price. This incentivizes us to manage your water properly and focus solely on your swimming experience. Preventative algaecides and phosphate treatments, conditioner and stabilizer, balancing chemicals and sanitizer. This is our responsibility as we manage your pool, and is included in the price you pay every month. If we fail to properly manage your water and your pool turns, we do not believe that you should be on the hook to turn it back around! Rolling chemicals into our monthly price reduces the need for a back and forth on what we think your pool should have and empowers us to just do it, focusing in on the water quality of your pool. Pools are quoted on a case by case basis and rate reviews are done annually. We do not subsidize smaller pools with larger pools, as some service + chemical companies claim. Our counter-claim is that these companies have incentive to use more chemicals to maximize profits. We just do not believe that is the right thing to do! Your experience should be worry-free and hassle-free, that is why you hire a pool company. We want to earn your trust every week!
Discounted Labor
We love taking care of our clients!
Some services are required for proper maintenance of your pool. This includes salt cell cleanings, filter cleanings, and many other minor repairs. Minor repairs that can be done during weekly maintenance will be done during the visit at a reduced rate or without a labor charge completely! Service call and repair labor rates are reduced 25% for weekly customers! Salt cell and filter cleans are done for our weekly customers at 25% off our listed price!
Why us?
We believe communication and understanding is key. We do our best to make the right recommendations at the right price. Sometimes our schedule (or yes, even our ability) is outmatched by this recommendation. While we believe everything is "figure-out-able," sometimes it is best to bring in someone who can share their knowledge with us. In these cases we believe the right thing to do is to inform the customer and refer the work out to our network. We love to network with pool guys and gals, and only those who operate with integrity will have the opportunity to serve our clients!
