We currently have an active opening for 1 part-time 1099 Maintenance Technician in Tucson, AZ. Covers East Tucson & Midtown. Contains seasonal accounts, 1 stop per week Nov-April, 2 stops per week May-Oct.
No experience necessary. Must possess a willingness to learn. Looking for someone wanting to advance and possibly take over their own route in the future.
Position Requirements:
- INTEGRITY
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to swim and see colors
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Valid driver's license
- Active cell phone plan with the ability to use and understand an app for work purposes.
- Ability to learn and understand water chemistry and effective cleaning methods
- Willingness to ask about anything you do not know
- Willing and able to be active in continued education. Including, but not limited to: monthly trade association meetings, hands-on training events, PHTA certifications, staying on top of industry trends, insights, tools and products, industry podcasts, etc.
- Reliable vehicle with ample secure space for tools and chemicals (this is a 1099 position)
- Ability to be professional and communicate with customers

$15 per stop starting compensation (during training)
$18 per stop when you're on your own
$20 per stop after completion of orenda academy/4 pillars
$22 per stop with CPO certification
End of Summer and Holiday bonuses
