Position Requirements:

- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold.
- Valid driver's license
- Active cell phone plan with the ability to use and understand an app for work purposes.
- Ability to learn and understand water chemistry and effective cleaning methods
- Willingness to ask about anything you do not know
- Willing and able to be active in continued education. Including, but not limited to: monthly trade association meetings, hands-on training events, PHTA certifications, staying on top of industry trends, insights, tools and products, industry podcasts, etc.
- Reliable vehicle with ample secure space for tools and chemicals (this is a 1099 position)
- Ability to be professional and communicate with customers
Preferred:
- Plumbing knowledge

$17 per stop starting compensation (during training)
$19 per stop when you're on your own & after completion of orenda academy/4 pillars
$22 per stop with CPO certification
End of Summer and Holiday bonuses
4 weeks off paid per year - (average of your weekly pay of the previous 3 months)
